What to bring

For each day, it helps to pack a simple, clearly labelled bag with the essentials so your child is comfortable and prepared.

Item one

A hat for outdoor play

Item two

A water bottle

Item three

2–3 changes of clothes (including underwear/socks) — more if your child is toilet training

Item four

A jumper or light jacket, depending on the season

Item five

Any comfort item your child may need (e.g., small blanket or soft toy)

Item six

Nappies, wipes and nappy cream if required

Item seven

Bottles and formula/breastmilk if required (labelled)

Item eight

A dummy if your child uses one (labelled)

We recommend dressing children in comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing and shoes they can manage themselves (great for building independence). If your child has any allergies or medical needs, please chat with our team so we can make sure everything is set up safely from day one.
