How
enrolments work
Enrolling with us is designed to be simple and supportive. It usually starts with an online enquiry (or a quick call to our team) so we can chat about your child’s age, the days you’re looking for, and when you’d like to start. If you haven’t visited yet, we’ll organise a tour so you can meet the educators, see the rooms and get a feel for the environment.
If we have availability, we’ll confirm your days and send through the enrolment information we need to get everything set up. That includes the usual details like emergency contacts, medical information and any dietary requirements. If you’re using Child Care Subsidy, we can also point you in the right direction to make sure it’s applied correctly.
Before your child starts, we’ll arrange an orientation visit to help them settle in gently. Then it’s just a matter of welcoming you in for day one — with our team there to support both you and your child through the transition.
Enquiry
Start by completing our online Enrolment Enquiry form or contacting our team. We’ll confirm availability, suitable days, and answer any questions you have.We recommend booking a tour so you can meet the team, view the learning spaces, and talk through your child’s needs, routines and start-date preferences.
Submit your enrolment
If a place is available, we’ll provide an offer based on your preferred days, your child’s age group, and current vacancies. If we’re full, we can place you on a waitlist and keep you updated. Once you accept the offer, we’ll guide you through enrolment paperwork, including medical details, authorised contacts, and any dietary or additional needs.
Orientation and first day
Before your start date, we’ll organise an orientation visit to help your child settle in. On their first day, our educators will work closely with you to ensure a calm, supported transition. If you’re eligible for CCS, we’ll help you understand what to do next so your subsidy can be applied correctly.
